spring & fall clean up

spring clean up/thatch.After the snow has melted, it's time to start getting your lawn ready to be mowed. At Total Lawn Care, we have two services that do just that!
Thatch Removal Service - For Irrigated Lawns With this service, our crew will remove thatch from your lawn. They use a mower with a tine thatcher and a bagging system to catch thatch, leaves and other debris. The other crew member(s) will also be running a back pack blower to raise any leaves and debris to the surface that the tine thatcher may have missed. They go over the lawn until there is approximately 3/4 inches of thatch left in the lawn. This provides a healthy amount of thatch for a lawn to grow and thrive. Spring Clean Up - For non-irrigated lawns This services does the same thing as our Thatch Removal Service, but with a different method. This method uses a tractor with a 15 horse power blower, 10 horse power push blower, and back pack leaf blowers. We use the back pack blowers to blow the leaves and other debris to the service so the bigger blowers can heard the mess either into the woods or haul it away. Fall Clean Up.Though fall may be beautiful, the leaves will fall and need cleaned up. Total Lawn Care's can clean up your lawn with our Fall Clean Up Service. We use a tractor with a 15 horse power blower with a leaf plow, a 10 horse power push blower push blower and back pack blowers to clear the leaves, pine needles and other debris from your lawn. The leaves and debris can be either blown into the woods (if available) or hauled away from the property.
